Terms of service

The deal, in plain English.

Effective November 5, 2026 · Enterprise Junction Resource LLC

These are the terms for every service Enterprise Junction provides: domains and DNS, email, hosting and game servers, and fixed addresses. They are written to be read, not skimmed. If anything is unclear, ask before you order.

1. Who we are

Enterprise Junction Resource LLC (“Enterprise Junction”, “we”, “us”) is a Pennsylvania limited liability company that runs a small independent network, AS403156, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. These terms are the agreement between you and us for any service you order. You must be 18 or older to order a service.

2. What we provide

We provide the services described on our website: domain registration and DNS, email on your domain, hosting and game servers, and fixed addresses routed to your home. Every service is described, priced and agreed by email before it is set up, and the emails in which we agree the details are part of this agreement. If those emails and these terms ever disagree, the emails win for that service.

3. Pricing and payment

Services are priced at cost and quoted per request. Unless we agree otherwise in writing:

  • Recurring services are billed monthly, in advance.
  • One-time work, such as a migration or a setup, is billed when it is done.
  • Domain registrations and renewals are paid up front for the whole term, because the registry charges us up front, and they are not refundable once registered.

If a payment is more than 14 days late we may suspend the service after telling you. We will not delete your data for non-payment without at least 30 days’ written notice.

4. Your data and your domain

What you host with us is yours: your domain, your mail, your files and your configuration. You can move a domain in or out at any time; we provide transfer codes promptly on request and never hold a domain back. When a service ends, for any reason, you have at least 30 days to retrieve your data before it is removed from our systems and backups. Ask, and we will help you move.

5. Acceptable use

Every service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend a service immediately if its use breaks that policy or is harming the network or other people, and we will tell you why as soon as we reasonably can.

6. Service levels and backups

We are a small network, not a data center, and we do not offer a guaranteed uptime or a service-level agreement. We run two upstream connections, keep backups of what we host, keep our systems updated, and tell you plainly when something has gone wrong. If a service is unavailable for an extended period because of a failure on our side, ask and we will credit the time you were without it.

7. Changes, and ending a service

Either of us can end a recurring service with 30 days’ notice by email. We may change these terms; if we do, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you may end any service before then if you do not agree. If we stop offering a service altogether, we will give at least 60 days’ notice and help you move it elsewhere.

8. Liability

We do our work carefully, but we cannot promise that any service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Before either of us goes to court, we agree to try to sort it out by email or a phone call first.
