Acceptable use

What you can’t do on our addresses.

Effective November 5, 2026 · Enterprise Junction Resource LLC

Enterprise Junction holds its own network number and addresses, which makes us answerable to the rest of the internet for what happens on them. This is the short list of things you cannot do with a service we host.

The short version

Don’t use our services to break the law, to harm other people or other networks, or to send mail nobody asked for. If you would not want it traced back to your own name and address, don’t put it on ours.

Not allowed

  • Spam. Unsolicited bulk or commercial email, or sending mail through our servers to anyone who has not agreed to receive it. Mailing lists must be opt-in, with a working unsubscribe.
  • Attacks. Denial-of-service attacks, intrusion attempts, scanning networks or systems you do not have permission to scan, or distributing malware.
  • Illegal material. Hosting or distributing anything that is illegal to host or distribute in the United States. Material that sexually exploits minors is reported to the authorities, as US law requires, and ends the service immediately.
  • Infringement. Hosting or distributing content you do not have the rights to, including pirated software, media and game files.
  • Deception. Phishing, fraud, impersonation, or anything designed to trick people out of credentials, money or data.
  • Harassment. Threats, stalking, or content whose purpose is to intimidate a person.
  • Laundering the above. Using a fixed address or tunnel to hide the origin of any of this, or passing our addresses on to someone we have no agreement with.
  • Hogging. Running anything that uses far more network, CPU or storage than we agreed, without arranging it first. A game server for your friends is fine. A crypto miner is not.

Game servers and shared resources

Game servers are welcome; they are half the reason this network exists. Keep them to the player counts and resources we agreed, keep mods and plugins legal, and tell us before you open something large to the public so we can plan for it.

Abuse reports

Reports about anything on our network go to abuse@enterprisejunction.com and are read by a person. We acknowledge reports within one business day and act on them as the facts warrant. Copyright complaints go to the same address and should identify the work, the location on our network, and the person making the complaint.

If this policy is broken

Depending on how serious it is, we will warn you, suspend the service, or end it. For anything that is actively harming others, such as an attack, a spam run or a phishing page, we suspend first and tell you right after. Unused prepaid time is refunded unless the breach was deliberate.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always at this address, and material changes are emailed to customers.
