What we keep, and what we don’t.

Effective November 5, 2026 · Enterprise Junction Resource LLC

The short version: this website collects nothing, and the services keep only what it takes to run them. Here is the longer version, starting with the three rules everything else follows from.

Three rules

  • We don’t look inside. We don’t read mail, and we don’t inspect the traffic that passes through the network or a tunnel. It is routed, not opened.
  • We don’t sell or share. Nothing we hold is sold, rented, or used for advertising. It leaves our hands only to provide the service you asked for, when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.
  • We keep the minimum, briefly. The logs it takes to run the network, listed below, and none of them for more than 30 days.

This website

enterprisejunction.com is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from third parties, and stores nothing in your browser. Our web server keeps the standard access log, which records your IP address, the page requested and the time, for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.

When you email us

We keep the email you send us, and our replies, for as long as we are in touch and for up to twelve months after, so we can pick up where we left off. We do not add you to any list.

When you become a customer

To provide a service we need your name, an email address, a billing address if you want invoices, and the technical details of the service: domain names, DNS records, mailbox names, or the address of your home router for a tunnel. We keep these for as long as you are a customer and for up to twelve months after the service ends, except for billing records, which we keep for as long as tax law requires.

Service data

  • Domains. Registering a domain means passing your contact details to the registrar and the registry, as their rules require. Registration privacy, which keeps those details out of public lookups, is available where the registry allows it.
  • Email. Your mailbox and its contents are yours. We do not read your mail. Our systems scan it automatically for spam and malware, and keep mail-server logs (sender, recipient, time and result, never content) for up to 30 days. We look inside a mailbox only with your permission, to fix a problem, or when the law requires it.
  • DNS resolvers. A private resolver sees the names your devices look up. Query logs are kept only for troubleshooting, for no more than 30 days. Ad and tracker blocking uses public blocklists.
  • Hosting and game servers. What you host is yours. Our backups contain your data and are kept on a rolling 30-day basis. We access a server you rent only to maintain it, with notice where practical, or in an emergency.
  • Fixed addresses. The tunnel between your router and our network is encrypted, so your carrier sees one encrypted stream and nothing inside it. You choose whether all of your home’s traffic goes through it or only what needs the fixed address. On our side the traffic is routed, not inspected; we keep connection-level logs (addresses, byte counts and times) for up to 30 days for troubleshooting and abuse handling.

Who we share data with

No one, except: where it is necessary to provide the service (registrars and registries for domains; our upstream networks carry packets but receive no customer records); where you ask us to; or where we are legally required to, in which case we tell you unless the law forbids it. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where data lives

On our own hardware in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. Backups stay on our own equipment in the United States.

Security

Access to customer data is limited to the person running the network. Services are reachable over encrypted connections, systems are kept updated, and we tell affected customers promptly if we ever discover a breach involving their data.

Your rights

Ask and we will give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it; we delete everything we can while still meeting our legal obligations. Email eric@enterprisejunction.com.

Age

Our customers must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and we delete it if we learn we have.

Changes

Changes are posted here, with the effective date above, and material changes are emailed to customers.
